At HomeEase, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or opened products
  • Personal care items (if applicable)
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (images/video) within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately with evidence, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
